Its the end of the week….we made it! Just a few more hours and the weekend begins.
I personally prefer to workout from home, it’s more convenient, uses up less of my time and I enjoy it better. Here is a workout that might look easy, but do it 15 times through. See if you are still standing…..personally I lay on the floor for ten minutes after trying to decide if it even makes sense to get up!
